Innovative Sports Strategies, Inc., a Wisconsin corporation ("ISS") recognizes that its customers, visitors, users, and others who use www.iss-biz.com (the "ISS Site") (collectively or individually "Users") value their privacy. This Privacy Policy details important information regarding the use and disclosure of User information collected on the ISS Site. ISS provides this Privacy Policy to help you make an informed decision about whether to use or continue using the ISS Site. Please note that if you are a licensed user of the Elevation software, your access to and use of that software will be goverend by the terms and conditions of a separate agreement between you and ISS, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to your use of the Elevation software.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and is subject to the ISS Terms and Conditions of Use (the "Terms"). Your use of the ISS Site and any personal information you provide on the ISS Site remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms.

Please note that any video, image, or other content posted at the direction of Users onto the ISS Site including, without limitation, any User Submission (as that term is defined in the Terms) becomes published content and is not considered personally identifiable information subject to this Privacy Policy.

The Information ISS Collects

• User-Supplied Information: When you use a resource on the ISS Site, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, and some other personal information. Except in circumstances where the information is essential for a particular resource, you always have a choice whether or not to disclose information to us. In other words, some information may be required, such as your e-mail address, but other requested information is optional and may be given at your discretion. The Way ISS Uses Information

• We will not provide your email address or other personally identifiable information to third parties for marketing purposes, but we at ISS may use the email address or other personally identifiable information that you provide to us to send certain commercial or marketing messages that we believe may be of interest to you, though we will provide you the opportunity to opt-out. Additionally, we may use your email address at any time for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major ISS Site changes or for customer service purposes).

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.

If ISS learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. ISS may post a notice on the ISS Site if a security breach occurs.

Changes and Updates to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically and this will be reflected by the "effective date" below. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. In general, we only use your personal information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received the personal information you provided. Your continued use of the ISS Site constitutes your agreement with this Privacy Policy and any future revisions.
