ISS Positions

Software Engineer

As ISS continues development of Elevation and other future projects, additional technical resources may be needed. Successful candidates should have familiarity with N-tiered application architecture, object-oriented programming, relational database design, and all aspects of the systems development lifecycle (SDLC). Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent; 5+ years experience building and managing databases and Internet applications; and solid working knowledge of SQL Server, ASP.NET, Classic ASP, AJAX, Javascript, CSS, XML, and HTML. In addition, developers must demonstrate ability to create detailed design documents and operational instructions. ISS is seeking software engineers with strong communication, leadership, and time management skills. This position allows for a degree of creativity, independence, and ownership in product development. Opportunities may exist for employees to work from a remote location and/or part-time.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for individuals with a creative flare, a good eye for aesthetic design, and a solid understanding of the needs of the corporate world. As a designer with ISS, you will have significant oversight and control over the content, usability, functionality, appearance, and visibility of our products and deliverables. Designers should have 3+ years experience building Web sites using a variety of tools (e.g. Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Flash). Successful candidates must be able to work efficiently under different time constraints and defined design limits to produce quality material. ISS is seeking individuals who can communicate verbally and in writing with customers, as well as technical and support staff in order to gather feedback, define requirements, present findings, and give demonstrations. Interested parties should be prepared to present a detailed portfolio of past projects. Opportunities may exist for employees to work from a remote location and/or part-time.

Analytical Consultant

Analytical consultants will be responsible for the ideation behind new products and product enhancements. They will work directly with clients to ensure their needs are being met. Consultants will also be responsible for new sales. Ideal candidates have a background in accounting, finance, or actuarial science and have an interest in continuing use of that skill set while adding client relationship responsibilities and new feature brainstorming for client solutions. Analytical background will be used to understand clients financial situation and transition their financial processes into Elevation. Opportunities may exist for employees to work from a remote location.

Research Assistant

This position is for individuals with a desire to continue learning about all aspects of the sports industry. Responsibilities will include searching predetermined resources for valuable information, finding new sources of information, and compiling findings into succinct reports. In-depth, focused research projects may be commonplace. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a track record of being a self-starter and resourceful. Opportunities may exist for employees to work from a remote location and/or part-time.
